This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and maintain enterprise security tools encompassing vulnerability management, DLP, EDR, web filtering, URL management, and key management.
• Register and manage configurations for vulnerability scans and coordinate requests for firewall blocking.
• Supervise security-agent version upgrades and evaluate the effects of ServiceNow patch and change initiatives.
• Administer Zscaler web filtering, which includes URL categorization, revocation, extension, and deletion based on lifecycle needs.
• Oversee database encryption efforts and cryptographic key operations within key management systems.
• Manage Proofpoint DLP, including updates to block/allow lists, email hold management, and adjustments to security policy parameters.
• Administer CrowdStrike Falcon EDR, which involves client verification, server deployment, image upgrades, endpoint management, and continuous platform administration.
• Conduct AIS verification and coordinate terminal version upgrades across managed endpoints.
• Manage ADFS certificate renewals and coordinate version upgrades for suppliers and affiliated companies.
• Prepare and submit incident reports for managed security platforms and services.
• Address technical and operational inquiries related to security tool configurations and administration.
• Engage in P1 Major Incident Management conference calls and assist in incident resolution activities.
• Adhere to established operational procedures, SLAs, change control protocols, and security compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to resolve issues related to security tools.
• Maintain precise operational documentation, configuration records, and activity reports.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in security tool administration, security operations, or a related cybersecurity role.
• Extensive experience in administering CrowdStrike Falcon / EDR platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Proofpoint DLP administration and policy management.
• Solid understanding of URL lifecycle management, including categorization, revocation, expiration, and associated configuration tasks.
• Experience with AIS verification and managing terminal/endpoint versions.
• Knowledge of Key Management Systems (KMS), database encryption, and cryptographic key operations.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools and firewall rule management processes.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow change, patch, and incident management workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and operational problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working within enterprise security environments, adhering to defined SLAs, compliance standards, and operational protocols.
• Knowledge of SIEM platforms and alert triage is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AWS environments and Golden Image management is preferred.
• Desirable certifications include CrowdStrike CCFA, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL Foundation.
• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3 level or higher is preferred/required for effective communication with Japanese stakeholders.
• Strong business-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work efficiently with global teams, manage multiple priorities, and participate in major incident activities as needed.
