Bilingual RN, Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth and virtual care clinical triage assessments, health education, and related services.

• Operate independently to make clinical decisions on routine patient care matters at the RN license level.

• Offer patient-centered care and guidance via phone or online platforms.

• Evaluate patient needs and either deliver or guide patients to the appropriate level of care.

• Recognize potential health issues and encourage patients to make healthier choices.

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and digitally, with organizational clients and team members.

• Track personal performance using dashboard metrics and identify areas for improvement.

• Engage in coaching sessions to enhance performance.

• Record all patient/member interactions using management software.

• Complete online assessments as part of the application process.

• Participate in 2–4 weeks of virtual, interactive classroom training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years as a Registered Nurse with recent direct patient care experience.

• Preferred three (3) years in a high acuity setting, such as ICU, CC, ER, med-surg, telemetry, Tele-Health, or Telephonic Triage.

• Must currently reside in and hold a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in one of the following states: AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, NC, ND, NH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, WY.

• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

• A minimum of an associate's degree from a two-year technical college or nursing diploma program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Must complete online assessments within 24–48 hours before the exam link expires.

• Full-time availability of 36–40 hours per week.

• Availability for at least two weekend days every two weeks.

• 100% attendance is required during 2–4 weeks of virtual training.

• Home office must comply with specific certification requirements for remote work positions.
