This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Customer Analysis: Assess customer contracts and product selections related to renewals to identify optimal renewal options for clients.
• Customer Engagement: Build and sustain positive relationships with designated customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and escalations during the renewal process. Clearly communicate Sophos renewal offerings.
• Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate positive relationships with key partners, managing their inquiries, concerns, and escalations throughout the renewal process. Proactively identify and address potential obstacles in the renewal process.
• Revenue Optimization: Lead efforts to uncover opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer contracts during the renewal phase. Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance revenue growth from existing customers.
• Process Improvement: Regularly assess and enhance the renewal process to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and elevate the customer experience. Identify automation prospects and utilize technological tools to optimize workflows.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, customer success, and product management, to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the renewal process. Clearly convey renewal status, risks, and opportunities to pertinent stakeholders.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing is preferred; or demonstrated relevant experience in previous positions.
• Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Renewal Management is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Lightning and CPQ, in addition to other tools like Outreach, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring precision in contract management and communications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and establish relationships with customers.
• A self-driven and proactive approach to tasks, with the capacity to work independently and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in the technology sector or a SaaS-based organization is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with contract management processes and legal terminology is a plus.
