Bilingual Relationship Specialist II – English, Digital Marketing, Social Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Address issues related to customer accounts, internal policies, and general support.

• Deliver human-centered multiskill support (via chat, email, and/or voice) while managing a high volume and diverse range of inquiries.

• Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously across various channels utilizing different online tools.

• Regularly consult internal guides and adhere accurately to service standards and policies.

• Achieve and maintain performance metrics such as Customer Satisfaction, Average Handle Time, and Quality.

• Communicate with the internal team in English; strong English reading comprehension and text interpretation skills are essential.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have completed high school (currently pursuing or possessing a college degree is an advantage).

• Previous experience in a Call Center setting, particularly in Customer Support, is a plus.

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing is advantageous.

• Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in English (testing will be conducted).

• Must reside near or have convenient access to the Nova São Paulo Unit (South Zone of São Paulo).

• Basic computer skills and typing proficiency are required.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and empathy when engaging with diverse customer profiles.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently, even in high-demand situations.

• Organized, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
