This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist with reimbursement processes for coverage-related requests within customer operations and patient support workflows.
• Coordinate documentation related to benefits, case updates, follow-up tasks, and communications for reimbursement support.
• Address routine reimbursement challenges, documentation discrepancies, and workflow exceptions.
• Keep precise records of cases, reimbursement documentation, and updates in the system.
• Track reimbursement trends, recurring challenges, and indicators for escalation.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure aligned communications and effective case resolution.
• Contribute to enhancements in processes, updates to workflows, and efforts for operational readiness.
• A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims support, or a related field is required.
• Certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, customer relationship management systems, or process improvement is preferred.
