Bilingual Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric diagnostic evaluations for general mental health and substance use disorders across all age groups.

• Manage psychopharmacological treatments for all psychiatric diagnoses.

• Hold a Data Waiver (or be willing to obtain one) to administer medication-assisted treatment to individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) who are in active withdrawal or recovery.

• Provide supportive psychotherapy, engage in motivational interviewing, and demonstrate proficiency in trauma-informed care, harm reduction strategies, and patient-centered treatment approaches.

• Show expertise in coordinating care among psychiatric, substance use treatment, and medical services.

• Offer direct support for both scheduled and walk-in patients.

• Complete validated rating scales documentation and treatment plans to help determine the appropriate level of care.

• Coordinate care for patients, including psychological testing, medical referrals, resources, peer support, housing, and other identified social determinants.

• Actively participate with a multidisciplinary team that includes primary care providers, pediatricians, obstetricians/gynecologists, counselors, peer support staff, and care coordinators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active and unrestricted medical license in both the state of primary residence and the state where medical services are provided.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Psychiatric Advance Practice Provider (Required).

• Hold a DEA License.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

• Maintain a patient-first mindset.
