Bilingual Plaintiff Personal Injury Reductions / Closing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Act as the final point of contact for each case.

• Initiate courtesy calls to clients once a case is assigned.

• Provide thorough explanations regarding the reduction process.

• Record phone calls, case statuses, and documents into the online system.

• Ensure the efficient linking of releases onto Litify.

• Verify PIP benefits and assess damages.

• Confirm outstanding balances on medical accounts.

• Negotiate bills with service providers.

• Dispatch reductions promptly and maintain ongoing communication with clients.

• Address client inquiries biweekly.

• Conduct case reviews and personal audits to enhance productivity.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish.

• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Resourceful and proactive in addressing issues.

• Self-driven with the capability to multitask effectively.

• Able to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
