Bilingual Patient Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Address patient inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, emails, text messages, and web chats.

• Arrange patient appointments and manage any modifications or cancellations.

• Offer clear instructions prior to and following appointments.

• Follow up with patients to ensure they have the necessary information.

• Assist in clinic operations through coordination and administrative duties.

• Keep precise records of patient interactions.

• Manage multiple communication channels concurrently while maintaining a composed, professional demeanor.

• Complete all necessary stages of the hiring process, including resume assessment, questionnaire, one-way video interview, pre-screen interview, live interviews, and background check.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, in both written and spoken forms.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, patient support, or a comparable client-facing position.

• Demonstrated experience in a fully remote work environment.

• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.

• Ability to learn and navigate various software tools and platforms comfortably.

• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace at home.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Patient, empathetic, and professional communication style.

• Currently residing in Mexico.

• Experience with CRM systems.

• Familiarity with appointment scheduling.

• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails, text messages, and web chats.

• Additional screen, headset, and stable wired internet connection required.

• Successful completion of any necessary background checks, if applicable.
