Bilingual Patient Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Address patient inquiries through incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats.

• Organize patient appointments and manage any modifications or cancellations.

• Offer clear pre-appointment and post-appointment guidance to patients.

• Follow up with patients as necessary to ensure they have all required information.

• Assist clinic operations with coordination and administrative duties.

• Keep precise records of all patient interactions.

• Manage multiple communication channels simultaneously while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

• Oversee every phase of the hiring process, which includes resume evaluation, pre-screen questionnaire, one-way video interview, pre-screen interview, live interviews, and background checks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, patient support, or a comparable client-facing position.

• Demonstrated experience working in a fully remote capacity.

• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.

• Comfortable with learning and utilizing various software tools and platforms.

• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home working environment.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage several tasks concurrently.

• A patient, empathetic, and professional communication style consistently.

• Must be currently residing in Mexico.

• Experience with CRM systems.

• Experience in scheduling appointments.

• Proficient in handling inbound and outbound phone calls, email, text messages, and web chat.

• Additional requirements include a screen, headset, and stable wired internet connection.
