Bilingual Patient Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Address patient inquiries via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats.

• Arrange patient appointments and manage any changes or cancellations effectively.

• Supply patients with comprehensive pre-appointment and post-appointment instructions.

• Conduct follow-ups with patients to ensure they possess the necessary information.

• Assist clinic operations by coordinating and performing administrative tasks.

• Keep accurate records of all patient interactions.

• Manage multiple communication channels simultaneously while upholding a composed, professional demeanor.

• Complete all necessary steps of the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, patient support, or a comparable client-facing position.

• Demonstrated experience in a fully remote work environment.

• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.

• Comfortable with learning and navigating various software tools and platforms.

• Stable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace are essential.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Patient, empathetic, and professional style of communication.

• Must be currently residing in Mexico.

• Experience with CRM systems.

• Background in appointment scheduling.

• Proficient in handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats.

• Additional screen, headset, and a stable, wired internet connection required.
