This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Act as a bilingual liaison for patients, insurance providers, and physician offices regarding patient support documentation.
β’ Input and maintain precise case notes, documentation, and outcomes within patient databases.
β’ Refer complex cases or issues beyond program scope following established procedures.
β’ Assist with patient follow-ups on behalf of physician offices to ensure continuity of therapy.
β’ Handle inbound calls, make outbound calls, and oversee email and fax communication.
β’ Correctly document and report Adverse Events in compliance with program and regulatory standards.
β’ Achieve specified service levels, quality benchmarks, and key performance metrics.
β’ Engage in ongoing improvement initiatives pertaining to processes, quality, and training.
β’ High school diploma or its equivalent.
β’ Over 3 years of relevant experience in administrative roles, healthcare support, patient services, call centers, or customer service.
β’ Proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written).
β’ Excellent data entry, documentation, and administrative abilities.
β’ Capability to adhere to established procedures, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
