This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
• Support customers with inquiries regarding orders, returns, billing queries, and product details
• Precisely input customer and order data into internal systems
• Address customer issues professionally and escalate matters when necessary
• Keep records of customer interactions and the actions taken
• Recognize opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and aid sales efforts
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations
• Advanced proficiency in English with minimal accent
• At least 6 months of experience in Customer Experience (CX) preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Professional demeanor and capability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system is a significant advantage
• Required equipment: additional monitor, headset, and reliable wired internet connection
• Independent contractor agreement
