This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Responding to patient inquiries and concerns while collecting comprehensive patient histories to provide enhanced recommendations and more effective treatment plans.
• Educating patients by addressing their questions regarding medicinal cannabis prescriptions, whether in-person or remotely through digital platforms and phone communication, ensuring they comprehend how to use and order cannabis for their treatment.
• Developing and maintaining a set of messaging and knowledge standards in collaboration with the Patient Care Team.
• Delivering compassionate care to patients, consistently demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Communicating directly, assertively, and confidently.
• Collaborating with the Booking team to guarantee a seamless, accessible, customer-friendly patient journey from start to finish, ensuring follow-up for adherence to specific messaging and protocol standards as established by Management.
• Keeping accurate records regarding orders and patient interactions.
• Implementing the development of educational and patient ordering processes as directed by Management.
• Collaborating and integrating feedback and ideas from team members and Management to identify new opportunities.
• Assisting in the booking process for scheduling all follow-up appointments.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
• Bilingual in English and French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An undergraduate degree or diploma in practical nursing, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Experience in customer service and call center operations is essential.
• Experience in the hospitality and/or healthcare sectors is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with clinical databases or EMR systems is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate challenging situations.

• Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of fostering a positive work environment.
