Bilingual Operations Agent – French/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Perform professional reference interviews on behalf of clients.

• Reach out to employers, educational institutions, and references to confirm candidate information.

• Assess and validate employment and education claims, identifying discrepancies when needed.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to verifications and reference checks.

• Offer client support and address inquiries in both French and English.

• Prepare, proofread, and edit reports to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Deliver finalized verification results through the online platform.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet client needs and enhance service delivery.

• Participate in special projects and other operational initiatives as required.

• Proficiency in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.

• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proficient in navigating multiple software platforms, online systems, and databases.

• Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, operations, or a related field.
