Bilingual Mortgage Loan Processor, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Capable of independently calculating all forms of self-employed income.

• Required to fund a minimum of 20 units each month while progressing towards the same units for the upcoming month.

• Responsible for monitoring and managing workflow to ensure timely closures.

• Maintain expertise in products and stay informed about changes in market conditions.

• Proficient in AUS systems.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to mortgage lending.

• Communicate effectively with borrowers, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, and others to streamline the mortgage process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of continuous and current retail Mortgage Processing experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of TRID is essential.

• Familiarity with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA underwriting guidelines is required.

• Experience with LoanSoft LOS is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and experience working within a database is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• A strong emphasis on teamwork and customer service is necessary.

• Self-motivated and energetic individuals are encouraged to apply.

• Strong computer and technology skills are required.

• Ability to work independently and proactively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
