This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.
• Act as the initial point of contact for members, clients, or customers
• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Address customer inquiries through text, email, and various other communication channels
• Create, update, and oversee customer cases within company systems
• Accurately document all interactions in detail
• Resolve standard customer issues and inquiries at the first point of contact whenever feasible
• Refer complex issues to the appropriate team as necessary
• Adhere to established processes, workflows, and compliance standards
• Maintain precise records and ensure the integrity of data
• Monitor open cases and follow up as needed to guarantee timely resolution
• Achieve quality, productivity, and service-level targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns
• Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, support, or case management
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent active listening capabilities
• Strong skills in interpersonal relations and relationship-building
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Proficient in CRM, case management, or customer support systems
• Basic computer and data-entry skills required
• Must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY
• Shift differential: additional $1/hr for night and weekend shifts
• Paid training, usually lasting 1–2 weeks
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week
• Eligibility for benefits starting on the first of the month following 60 days of employment
