Bilingual Member Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for members, clients, or customers.

• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional and effective manner.

• Address customer inquiries through text, email, and various communication channels.

• Create, update, and oversee customer cases within company systems.

• Accurately and thoroughly document all interactions.

• Resolve standard customer issues and inquiries on first contact whenever feasible.

• Refer complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

• Adhere to established processes, workflows, and compliance standards.

• Keep precise records and ensure data integrity.

• Monitor open cases and follow up as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

• Achieve quality, productivity, and service-level targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.

• Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Spanish.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, support, or case management.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent active listening skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.

• Capability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Proficient with CRM, case management, or customer support systems.

• Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.

• Must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY.

• Shift differential of $1/hour for night and weekend shifts.

• Paid training program, typically lasting 1–2 weeks.

• Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.

• Benefits eligibility starts on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.

• Option for remote work arrangement.
