This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.
• Act as the primary point of contact for members, clients, or customers.
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• Address customer inquiries through text, email, and various communication platforms.
• Create, update, and oversee customer cases within the company's systems.
• Accurately and thoroughly document all interactions.
• Resolve standard customer issues and inquiries during the first contact whenever feasible.
• Refer complex issues to the relevant team as needed.
• Adhere to established processes, workflows, and compliance standards.
• Maintain precise records and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor open cases and conduct follow-ups for timely resolutions.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and service-level targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
• Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, support, or case management.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Capacity to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM, case management, or customer support systems.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
• Shift differential: additional $1/hour for night shifts and weekends.
• Paid training, typically lasting 1–2 weeks.
• Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
• Eligibility for benefits starting on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
