This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.
• Act as the initial point of contact for members, clients, or customers.
• Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• Address customer inquiries through text, email, and various other communication channels.
• Create, update, and oversee customer cases within company systems.
• Accurately document all interactions in detail.
• Resolve routine customer inquiries and issues on the first contact whenever feasible.
• Escalate complicated issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Adhere to established processes, workflows, and compliance regulations.
• Maintain precise records and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor open cases and follow up as necessary to guarantee timely resolutions.
• Meet expectations for quality, productivity, and service levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
• Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, support, or case management.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent active listening capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for building relationships.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in CRM, case management, or customer support systems.
• Basic computer skills and data-entry proficiency.
• Must reside in one of the eligible states listed.
• Shift differential of $1/hour for evening and weekend shifts.
• Paid training typically lasting 1–2 weeks.
• Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
• Benefits become effective on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
