This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.
• Act as the initial point of contact for members, clients, or customers.
• Professionally and efficiently manage inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Address customer inquiries through text, email, and various communication channels.
• Create, update, and oversee customer cases within company systems.
• Accurately and completely document all interactions.
• Resolve standard customer issues and inquiries at the first point of contact whenever feasible.
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team as needed.
• Adhere to established processes, workflows, and compliance standards.
• Keep accurate records and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor open cases and follow up as necessary to guarantee timely resolutions.
• Meet quality, productivity, and service-level expectations.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer concerns.
• Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, support, or case management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent active listening abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in CRM, case management, or customer support systems.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills are necessary.
• Must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY.
• Shift differential of an additional $1/hour for night and weekend shifts.
• Paid training, generally lasting 1–2 weeks.
• Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
• Eligibility for benefits starting on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
