This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.
• Act as the initial point of contact for members, clients, or customers.
• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Address customer inquiries through text, email, and various communication platforms.
• Create, update, and oversee customer cases within the company’s systems.
• Accurately and comprehensively document all interactions.
• Resolve standard customer issues and inquiries during the first contact whenever feasible.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team when required.
• Adhere to established processes, workflows, and compliance standards.
• Maintain precise records and ensure data integrity.
• Track open cases and follow up as necessary to guarantee prompt resolution.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and service-level targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
• Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, support, or case management is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Excellent active listening abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Capability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities at once.

• Proficient in CRM, case management, or customer support systems.
• Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.
• Must reside in one of the specified states: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
• Shift differential: an additional $1/hr for night and weekend shifts.
• Paid training, usually lasting 1–2 weeks.
• Full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week.
• Eligibility for benefits starting on the first of the month after 60 days.
