This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.
• Act as the initial point of contact for members, clients, or customers.
• Professionally and efficiently manage inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Address customer inquiries through text, email, and various communication channels.
• Create, update, and oversee customer cases within company systems.
• Accurately and comprehensively document all interactions.
• Resolve standard customer issues and inquiries at the first point of contact whenever feasible.
• Refer complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Adhere to established processes, workflows, and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain precise records and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor open cases and follow up as required to guarantee prompt resolution.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and service-level standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
• Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience.
• Must possess fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, support, or case management is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent active listening skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Capacity to communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary.
• Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in CRM, case management, or customer support systems.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills are required.
• Must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY.
• Shift differential of an additional $1/hr for night and weekend shifts.
• Paid training, generally lasting 1–2 weeks, Monday–Friday, from 8:00am–5:00pm CST.
• Full-time position requiring 40 hours of work.
• Benefits eligibility commencing on the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
