This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.
• Act as the initial point of contact for members, clients, or customers.
• Professionally and efficiently manage inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Address customer inquiries through text, email, and various communication channels.
• Create, update, and oversee customer cases within company systems.
• Accurately document all interactions in full detail.
• Resolve routine customer issues and inquiries during the first contact whenever feasible.
• Refer complex issues to the relevant team when necessary.
• Adhere to established processes, workflows, and compliance standards.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain data integrity.
• Monitor open cases and follow up as required to guarantee timely resolution.
• Fulfill quality, productivity, and service-level expectations.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer concerns.
• Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, support, or case management is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent active listening skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Capability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in CRM, case management, or customer support systems.
• Basic computer skills and data-entry capabilities.
• Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
• Availability to work from 10:00am to 8:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.
• Shift differential of $1/hour for night and weekend shifts.
• Paid training, typically lasting 1 to 2 weeks.
• Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
• Benefits eligibility begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
