This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough interviews that cover lifestyle and medical inquiries for individual insurance candidates.

• Support the underwriting process for clients seeking life insurance and critical illness insurance.

• Skillfully gather personal and medical details.

• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and expertise.

• Collaborate effectively within a team to provide exceptional customer service.

• Organize and manage workload efficiently while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Knowledge of medical terminology or relevant experience is essential.

• Proven ability to work with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced setting under time pressure.

• Strong spelling and grammar skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.

• Highly driven, capable of working independently or with minimal oversight.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday across various shifts between 9 am and 8 pm local time.
