• Build and nurture professional relationships with both customers and service providers.
• Involve in the hiring, retention, and performance oversight of service providers within your designated market(s).
• Offer on-the-job training and guidance regarding our processes to service providers.
• Deliver immediate and constructive feedback to service providers aimed at enhancing performance.
• Conduct regular quality assessments with service providers to improve the customer shopping experience and their performance.
• Communicate compliance standards and guidelines to service providers effectively.
• Mentor service providers in providing appropriate and timely solutions.
• Engage in regional or territory meetings as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• A minimum of five years of pertinent experience in a high-volume retail setting (preferred).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; capable of public speaking, fostering open communication, and tailoring messages for various audiences.
• Advanced understanding of Home Depot systems, standard operating procedures, and general store operational processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Capability to achieve results despite a demanding workload and manage conflicting requests in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance (required).
