This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Schedule appointments for patients in accordance with clinical protocols and individual needs.
• Oversee daily schedules for providers, including the rescheduling of appointments as necessary.
• Address patient inquiries related to clinic services, or direct concerns to the relevant department.
• Accurately and promptly relay patient messages and requests to healthcare providers.
• Conduct follow-ups with patients and providers as required to ensure effective resolution and continuity of care.
• Set reminders for appointment follow-ups to aid in ongoing patient treatment and care coordination.
• Maintain precise documentation within scheduling and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with using EHR/EMR systems and scheduling software; any platform is acceptable.
• Proficient in standard communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in data entry.
