Outreach Concierge Navigator, Bilingual in Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Delivers specialized support to members within the market.

• Engages members through Welcome Calls and the onboarding of new members.

• Guarantees that members have access to their primary care physician (PCP) and specialists.

• Informs members about care gaps and helps them schedule appointments with providers.

• Communicates updates and requests to the PCP regarding members.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.

• Preferred experience in a high-volume inbound customer service environment.

• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding.

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
