Success Coach – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Enhance and maintain knowledge of the Great Minds professional services catalog, which includes Eureka Math, Eureka Math TEKS, and Bluebonnet Learning, to provide exceptional on-site support, coaching, and professional development to designated schools.

• Work in collaboration with Success Leads to provide highly tailored services.

• Conduct professional services on-site for up to 80% of the time within Central school systems.

• Participate in internal training cycles to develop or expand expertise in new professional service offerings, as well as general facilitation and coaching competencies, while also increasing familiarity with Great Minds products.

• Collect, monitor, and document implementation success metrics at regular intervals; record these metrics along with all significant customer interactions.

• Document and share insights regarding implementation with leadership based on interactions with assigned implementations.

• Stay informed about and communicate regional trends and factors affecting customer practices, sensitivities, and purchasing behaviors within the organization.

• Represent Great Minds through presentations at conferences, and contribute content such as blogs, whitepapers, and more.

• Foster and uphold a strong and supportive Great Minds culture in all work settings, emphasizing trust, collegiality, curiosity, and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching or coaching experience, including at least 1 year of delivering high-quality professional development.

• Experience with the implementation of one of Great Minds' curricula, particularly Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math.

• Proficiency in or alignment with Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy.

• Strong content knowledge in the curriculum focus areas (humanities, mathematics, science).

• Experience as an instructional leader or coach at the campus level.

• Ability to coach in various content areas from K through Algebra 2 Mathematics, RLA, and Spanish RLA.

• Familiarity with both digital and print educational platforms.

• Strong organizational skills essential for effective goal setting, project management, collective decision-making, deadline execution, and record-keeping.

• Capacity to make solution-oriented decisions through flexible thinking in a fast-paced, ambiguous entrepreneurial environment.

• Passionate commitment to high-quality, knowledge-rich curriculum.

• Bilingual.
