Associate, VOC Specialist – Bilingual Preferred

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Serve as a customer support representative, tasked with proactively engaging Members to comprehend their unique needs, providing education and assistance to ensure they maximize their benefits with Ametros.

• Employ a systematic strategy to retain Members who are not fully utilizing their potential with Ametros, including those whose usage patterns (of provider services, medications, and/or Durable Medical Equipment) have notably changed and those opting for out-of-network services that may indicate missed opportunities for cost savings on their care.

• Act as a key resource for managing large and complex Member relationships.

• Resolve all Member concerns and intricate escalations with the aim of preserving our high standards of member retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is mandatory.

• An Associate’s Degree (AA) is preferred.

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a customer service or inside sales position is required.

• Strong relationship management abilities and receptiveness to feedback.

• Demonstrated sales capability - adept at overcoming objections.

• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to take the initiative in delivering the best possible experience for our members.

• Organizational and time management skills, particularly in following up on issues.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to thrive in a team setting as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with the worker's compensation sector.

• Knowledge of Medicare Set-asides.
