Bilingual Field Health Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Field Supervisor, the Field Case Manager is accountable for overseeing various elements of program service coordination for patients prescribed medication by their physicians.

• The Field Case Manager will offer program support services to both patients and clinics, which may encompass training clinic staff on program services and securing insurance coverage for medications through private and provincial plans.

• Furthermore, the Field Case Manager will ensure that patients have timely access to their prescribed medications and will provide continuous support to patients and clinics by utilizing exceptional communication skills and available resources.

• Deliver patient support program services (both in-clinic and virtual) within the designated territory.

• Utilize PSP-related applications and software to complete reports, enrollment forms, reimbursement forms, and carry out other program functions.

• Assist the PSP with medication dose reconciliation by comparing the patient's current medications with their medical history.

• Proactively assess PSP services and suggest modifications to enhance outcomes and service quality.

• Complete necessary reports, including timesheets, expense reports, mileage claims, and validate CRM system reports in line with established program procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

• A post-secondary degree is mandatory.

• Bilingualism in English and French is essential.

• 3–5 years of experience in reimbursement and/or patient support programs is required.

• Experience in reimbursement billing, special/access programs, appeals processes, and field reimbursement assistance and consulting is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the structure of public and private reimbursement systems and related processes is a plus.

• Background in the pharmaceutical distribution industry is beneficial.

• Professional demeanor and proven effective communication with internal and external clients and stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clinic staff, colleagues at Sentrex Health Services, and other personnel.

• Exceptional oral and written communication capabilities.

• The candidate must have a quiet, dedicated personal home office for any remote work.

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret regulations and legislation.

• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Proficiency in typing and the ability to effectively use various software and technical systems.

• Must be willing to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
