This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Engage with customers through live chat to swiftly address their inquiries, concerns, or issues.
• Deliver precise information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Clarify customer inquiries related to orders, payments, returns, and other service-oriented topics.
• Assist customers in product selection by understanding their requirements and suggesting appropriate items.
• Guide customers through the online purchasing experience and troubleshoot any technical challenges they face.
• Manage customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, aiming for a successful resolution.
• Refer complex or unresolved cases to supervisors or appropriate departments as needed.
• Maintain a record of complaints and resolutions to enhance service quality.
• Document interaction details and customer requests in the CRM or customer service software.
• Experience with Live Chat and/or Salesforce is essential.
• Background in customer service or call center settings.
• Familiarity with the cosmetics/beauty industry is preferred.
• Must have access to a phone, computer, and internet.
• Ability to work autonomously.
