This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Respond to incoming calls and handle a high volume of phone communications.
• Professionally manage patient inquiries and correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients.
• Confirm appointments and dispatch reminders.
• Conduct dental insurance verifications and process basic claims.
• Organize appointment schedules to maximize provider availability.
• Provide fundamental front-desk administrative assistance.
• Ensure accurate and well-organized documentation within practice systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Possess a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong and confident phone presence is essential.
• Comfortable with patient-facing communications.
• Prior experience as a Dental Assistant, Dental Receptionist, or Medical/Healthcare Receptionist required.
• Eagerness to learn and utilize Eaglesoft.
• Familiarity with VoIP systems (experience with Verizon VoIP or similar is beneficial but not necessary).
• Must be fluent in speaking and writing English and Spanish clearly.
• Relevant work experience is required.
• Ability to provide an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check prior to onboarding [mandatory].
• Must be available for video meetings with the camera on (as needed).
• Device: A reliable laptop or desktop computer is necessary.
• Internet: High-speed connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps is required.
• Audio: A noise-canceling headset is essential.
• Video: A webcam is required for virtual meetings.
• Workspace: Must be in a quiet, professional environment.
