Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, ENG, SPA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support to both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients in the USA and Canada.

• Operate remotely from home as a Customer Support contractor.

• Assist customers utilizing the company's ELD Logbook and Fleet Management system.

• Play a role in organizational impact and advance into higher-level positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Comfortable with technology.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or sales roles catering to English-speaking customers.

• Availability to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with time off scheduled during the week.

• Ability to successfully pass a background check.

• Familiarity with Zendesk Support is an advantage.

• Previous residence in the US is highly beneficial.
