Bilingual Customer Service Representative – English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Professionally respond to incoming calls for a diverse range of businesses

• Accurately take messages and convey information clearly

• Assist callers with empathy and a high level of professionalism

• Input information into company systems while conversing with callers

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Contribute to a positive experience for every caller

• Provide genuine customer support for businesses throughout the United States and Canada

• Work a full-time 2nd shift schedule totaling 40 hours per week

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish

• Excellent customer service abilities

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Friendly and polished phone demeanor

• Reliable and punctual

• Strong spelling and typing capabilities

• Comfortable multitasking while managing calls

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

• Dedicated, quiet workspace free from noise and distractions

• High-speed wired internet connection (Wi-Fi is not acceptable)

• Flexibility to adhere to the required schedule

• Availability to work one weekend shift per week is necessary

• Must be available during holidays

• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

• Applicants must reside in Pennsylvania, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, or West Virginia

• Previous experience in a call center or answering service is advantageous
