This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through various systems.
• Strive for first-contact resolution and ensure high customer satisfaction while adhering to operational standards.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for Globe Life customer inquiries.
• Communicate effectively to resolve each customer issue.
• Support departmental and company initiatives as required.
• Manage daily call volume while prioritizing service level agreements.
• Provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Meet customer needs during every interaction.
• Fulfill Quality Assurance criteria and key performance indicators.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Work from Monday to Friday with no weekend phone responsibilities.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service within a similar role.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in both Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and effectively address objections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• General familiarity with the Internet for business purposes.
• Ability to learn new computer systems quickly.
• Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Professional demeanor with a friendly attitude, capable of building rapport with customers rapidly.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to handle escalated issues professionally and effectively.
• Significant computer and phone usage required.
• Capacity to sit for 90% of the workday.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed.
