Bilingual Consumer Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver telephone assistance to e-commerce and insurance clients.

• Assess customer requirements and offer optimal or alternative product options.

• Inform prospective clients about various insurance choices.

• Provide estimates and finalize sales.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services.

• Stay updated on product offerings and policy modifications.

• Accurately input relevant customer information.

• Modify existing policies as needed.

• Address customer inquiries with empathy to encourage commitment.

• Utilize AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based technologies responsibly.

• Assist customers with travel insurance inquiries through inbound calls.

• Market or sell the company's products and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Six (6) to twelve (12) months of experience in a customer service or sales role.

• Post-secondary education is strongly preferred.

• Must have an Accident and Sickness license or be willing to obtain one.

• Must possess TICO certification or be willing to become certified.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Exemplary customer service skills are essential.

• A strong focus on customer satisfaction and commitment to delivering excellent service.

• Proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken.

• Capability to work efficiently with AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools.

• Responsible handling of insights in compliance with data governance, security, and ethical-use standards.
