Bilingual Consumer Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver telephone assistance to e-commerce and insurance clientele.

• Assess customer requirements and offer optimal or alternative product solutions.

• Inform prospective clients about available insurance options.

• Provide quotes and finalize sales transactions.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services.

• Keep abreast of new product or policy updates.

• Accurately input relevant customer information.

• Modify existing policies as needed.

• Address customer concerns empathetically and guide them toward commitment.

• Responsibly utilize AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Six (6) to twelve (12) months of experience in a customer service or sales role.

• Post-secondary education is strongly preferred.

• Must have an Accident and Sickness license or be willing to obtain one.

• Must possess TICO certification or be willing to get certified.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, is mandatory.

• Ability to work efficiently with artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools.

• Understanding of data governance, security, and ethical usage standards.
