Bilingual Client Care Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer experiences with enthusiasm through phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Offer friendly, helpful, and professional support to all customers.

• Schedule appointments and remind customers of their upcoming service requirements.

• Ensure smooth operations by effectively managing your workload and prioritizing tasks.

• Proactively follow up on inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain up-to-date customer records while handling confidential information responsibly.

• Collaborate with dealerships to facilitate seamless communication and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Conduct outbound calls (approximately 50%) to proactively engage with customers.

• Manage inbound inquiries (approximately 50%), assisting customers with appointment bookings and addressing their questions.

• Bilingual in French and English.

• Proficient in technology with strong computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

• A personable individual with a passion for exceptional service, backed by relevant experience.

• Excellent communication skills, adept at listening and ensuring clarity in conversation.

• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively without oversight.
