Bilingual CCaaS Software Tester, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Evaluate online public-facing applications and telephone systems in French for their functionality, usability, and performance.

• Work alongside development teams to pinpoint, document, and monitor software defects and inconsistencies.

• Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Implement test cases and document outcomes along with recommendations for enhancement.

• Engage in team meetings to discuss testing progress, obstacles, and potential solutions.

• Keep abreast of best practices in software testing and emerging trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing.

• Prior experience with CCaaS call center phone system testing is essential.

• Fluency in French, both written and oral, is required.

• Strong understanding of the English language.

• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
