This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Management of designated projects and/or cases.
• Compliance with general company processes.
• Telephone support: Implementing call-center programs to provide telephone assistance to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies.
• Administer and adhere to case management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, ongoing patient follow-up, compliance checks, therapy disruption/discontinuation monitoring, adverse event reporting, and collaboration with primary healthcare providers.
• Implement pharmaceutical and biotechnology-related market research initiatives involving physicians, patients, pharmacists, or other allied health professionals.
• All patient programs are designed based on casework methods and include a considerable volume of outbound calls.
• Document each activity in the program-specific database.
• Participate in ongoing refresher training and specialized training courses for specific products or programs as deemed necessary by the manager.
• Provide feedback on current protocols, databases, processes, and inter-departmental relationships.
• Maintain clear communication with the manager, pod, and program-trained colleagues regarding case management during anticipated absences.
• Collaborate with managers in the training of new caseworkers, including shadowing and call monitoring.
• Responsible for reporting all Adverse Events to the designated units/departments.
• Requires comprehensive training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related fields.
• Completion of a two-year associate's degree program or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical fields is an asset.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Advanced understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
• Familiarity with automated warehouse operating systems.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Effective organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent presentation skills.
