Bilingual BDC Representative – EN/FR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee high-volume inbound and outbound communications via calls, texts, emails, and chat for both Sales and Service.

• Monitor and engage leads through the Optimy.ai platform, intervening where AI tools fall short to address objections and secure appointments.

• Assess customer needs and convert leads into scheduled appointments while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Conduct consistent follow-ups with unsold leads, no-shows, and service opportunities to enhance conversion rates.

• Precisely record all customer interactions and lead progress within the CRM system.

• Implement workflows and scripts that align with performance standards to guarantee consistent conversion and appointment rates.

• Achieve or surpass key performance indicators, including appointment setting, show rates, and overall lead conversion.

• Collaborate with Optimy.ai’s AI Nurture technology to engage customers and facilitate dealership growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a call center role; experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.

• Comfortable utilizing AI-driven communication tools.

• Proficient with automotive CRM platforms (e.g., VinSolutions, eLead, DealerSocket, etc.).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and capacity to multitask efficiently.

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed appointment-setting and performance benchmarks.

• Preferred experience in both sales and service BDC functions.

• Familiarity with digital retailing tools and chat platforms is a plus.
