This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide expert training and assistance to both new and existing clients using the PBS Dealer Management Software Sales module.
• Primarily facilitate virtual training sessions in both English and French during the implementation of software.
• Conduct onsite training for the installation of new software at client locations.
• Navigate and showcase the PBS DMS system while fostering positive, solutions-oriented relationships with customers.
• Independently oversee and conduct assigned training sessions within the main area of focus.
• Become a self-sufficient resource for software installations.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of PBS software and training methodologies.
• Respond swiftly to both internal and external training inquiries.
• Execute data entry and other essential operational tasks.
• Stay updated on evolving process documentation.
• Share knowledge across different areas and contribute to the team's learning and growth.
• Enhance product knowledge and engage in cross-training initiatives.
• Promote a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.
• Carry out other assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Proficient in both French and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• 1–2 years of experience in a car dealership setting, with an emphasis on Sales.
• Strong computer skills and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to swiftly learn and adapt to new software applications.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA for up to 2 weeks each month.
• Valid passport, or the ability to obtain one.
• Full, valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
• Experience with PBS software is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in leading both in-person and virtual training sessions is a strong asset.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• High school diploma required.
