Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide effective training and support to customers on PBS Dealer Management Software in both English and French.

• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of all PBS software modules.

• Assist with new software installations and offer ongoing implementation support.

• Learn and articulate data entry processes and other key tasks.

• Collaborate directly with customers and conduct training sessions for assigned modules.

• Foster positive customer relationships, identify customer needs, and ensure they are fulfilled.

• Respond promptly to internal and external training requests.

• Create tickets, troubleshoot issues, and escalate them to the appropriate teams.

• Oversee the STT queue.

• Keep documentation current and update it as processes evolve.

• Share knowledge within the assigned module and with other members of the STT team.

• Acquire knowledge of new products and engage in ongoing education and cross-training.

• Carry out other assigned duties and responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in French and English (speaking, reading, writing).

• 1-2 years of experience in a car dealership setting, particularly in Fixed Operations.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Capacity to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.

• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA up to one week per month.

• A valid passport and visa (if applicable) are required.

• A full, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license is mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills, including presentation and public speaking abilities.

• Experience with PBS software is a significant advantage.

• Experience in facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions is a considerable asset.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Exceptional documentation skills.

• High School Diploma is required.
