Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Acquire and cultivate a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the PBS software along with the procedures for training clients.

• Build a solid grasp of data entry procedures and other critical functions.

• Engage directly with customers and conduct training sessions for assigned module(s).

• Foster positive relationships with customers, recognize their needs, and ensure those needs are satisfied.

• Address both internal and external training inquiries promptly.

• Create tickets, investigate problems, and escalate issues to the relevant teams.

• Oversee the STT queue.

• Keep documentation up to date and adjust it as departmental processes evolve.

• Share expertise within the primary module and among other STT team members.

• Acquire knowledge of new products to enhance expertise.

• Dedicate yourself to continuous system education and cross-training.

• Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing).

• 1-2 years of experience in a car dealership setting, particularly in Fixed Operations.

• Strong computer abilities, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Capability to swiftly learn and adapt to new software applications.

• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA for up to 1 week each month.

• Valid passport required.

• Visa, if necessary.

• Possession of a full driver’s license.

• Exceptional communication skills, encompassing presentation and public speaking.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Efficient time management and organizational skills.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent documentation skills.

• High School Diploma required.

• Experience with PBS software is a significant advantage.

• Experience in leading both in-person and virtual training sessions is a considerable asset.
