This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for Annuitants, Advisors, and internal business partners.

• Carry out complex transactions within the Annuity record-keeping systems.

• Process changes directed by customers and manage escalated cases.

• Stay informed about changes and initiatives that affect business processes.

• Investigate and address escalated inquiries, analyzing issues and offering recommendations.

• Support projects that improve operational efficiency and service quality.

• Conduct searches for missing clients and ensure timely payment delivery.

• Address inquiries from internal business partners, clients, and advisors.

• Ensure accurate and timely updates to back-office systems.

• Meet expectations for accuracy, quality, and service excellence.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, phone-based customer service.

• Previous administrative experience in a retail investments or operational setting.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.

• Strong understanding of Annuity and/or Structured Settlement products is an asset.

• Experience with Annuity payment systems, such as VAPS and/or APV, is an asset.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility and sound judgment in a dynamic work environment.

• Strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to cultivate effective cross-department relationships.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
