Biddable Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns for a diverse range of clients across various industry sectors.

• Manage media budgets that exceed £1 million monthly.

• Develop paid digital strategies, media plans, channel budget distributions, creative methodologies, and performance predictions.

• Identify opportunities for growth among existing clients by exploring additional networks and channels.

• Guide and mentor junior team members.

• Take ownership of daily campaign monitoring, optimization, and budget management activities.

• Contribute to new business initiatives and prepare proposals.

• Create regular client reports and participate in campaign review documents, ensuring accurate data, analysis, and recommendations.

• Collaborate with global client services teams located in the US, London, and Oxford, along with the performance marketing team in Norwich.

• Report to and receive guidance from a Director and Head of Biddable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social channels, including Google Ads and paid social and/or programmatic platforms.

• Proficient in setting up new accounts, which includes account uploads, tracking/goal setup, and report template creation.

• Skilled in utilizing reporting tools to monitor and extract actionable insights from paid digital campaigns.

• Exceptional persuasive verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to confidently engage with clients.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Availability to access London or Norwich for important meetings and events is preferred.
