📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with executives served by Fidelity's Executive Services program

• Collaborate with Executive Planning Consultants, exclusively serving plan participants

• Enhance client relationships and assist in acquiring new executives

• Provide education on benefits and financial planning guidance to executives

• Establish a structured client contact strategy and facilitate guidance preparation discussions

• Identify opportunities for new business and strengthen existing relationships

• Create segmented marketing initiatives alongside the Executive Planning Consultant

• Ensure that calls, documentation, policies, and procedures meet customer service and regulatory standards

• Suggest actions to enhance relationships and improve the client experience

• Address or escalate complex client concerns and ensure effective problem resolution

• Deliver advanced assistance across brokerage, insurance, money management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are mandatory; Series 66 may be obtained within a specified timeframe from hire

• A four-year college degree is preferred

• Industry certifications such as Certified Financial Planner and Certified Equity Professional are highly recommended

• Proven knowledge in brokerage, insurance, money management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning

• Strong track record in relationship management

• Must adhere to relevant securities, investment, retirement, ERISA, state, FINRA, and other regulatory standards
