Behavioral Health Therapist, LICSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee personalized treatment plans

• Deliver virtual therapy services to adolescents and adults from a varied patient demographic

• Perform patient evaluations

• Provide continuous therapy

• Link patients with community resources

• Accurately document patient services in real-time within electronic health records

• Utilize standardized assessment instruments

• Employ strong diagnostic abilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Offer behavioral health care to underserved populations

⛳️ Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license is mandatory

• At least two years of therapy and diagnostic experience after obtaining independent LICSW licensure

• Minimum of two years of diagnostic experience

• Experience and willingness to treat patients aged 13 and older

• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

• Must be residing in the U.S. or a U.S. territory

• Demonstrated experience in therapy

• Experience in facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred

• Comfortable providing care to both adolescents and adults

• Must have successfully passed the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examinations to acquire clinical licensure
