This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead a behavioral health team while providing clinical care to a designated patient caseload.
• Oversee therapists and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Foster staff development through training and continuous education.
• Assist clinicians in meeting productivity targets.
• Manage PTO coordination and address inquiries from patients and families.
• Supervise clinical operations across clinic locations, tracking team performance and patient outcomes.
• Build effective, high-quality caseloads for therapists and offer ongoing clinical support.
• Onboard therapists with respect to the clinical model, evidence-based practices, and documentation protocols.
• Deliver 20 hours of direct clinical care each week.
• Perform biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments and provide counseling and tailored treatment.
• Track patient progress against care objectives and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, OT, and SLP providers on Integrated Treatment Plans.
• Keep detailed records of patient meetings and progress.
• Establish pediatric practice partnerships for referrals and community involvement.
• Contribute to recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Must hold an active PA LCSW license to provide clinical supervision.
• At least 3 years of experience as a licensed therapist.
• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to children and/or adolescents.
• Proficient in providing effective psychotherapy across various developmental stages and neurodiverse populations.
• Availability for evening and weekend schedules.
• Capability to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments, counseling, and individualized treatment.
• Ability to collaborate with PMHNPs, OT, SLP, families, external specialists, HR, leadership, and pediatric practices.
• Dedication to data-driven decision-making and maintaining comprehensive clinical records.
• Immediate referrals available; assured caseload and patient-facing hours.
