This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver personalized and group coaching focusing on stress management, emotional well-being, self-care, and personal development.
• Assess health education requirements through specific evaluations, including screenings for depression, anxiety, and stress.
• Employ motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral techniques, and mindfulness strategies to promote behavioral change.
• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic goals and customized action plans.
• Recognize when clinical intervention is necessary and refer clients to suitable care.
• Assist clients in overcoming obstacles to achieving better health.
• Utilize biometric data and motivational interviewing to enhance clinical outcomes.
• Facilitate health and wellness promotional initiatives, educational workshops, wellness programs, and digital content creation.
• Support health-related site activities such as open enrollment, wellness committees, and health fairs.
• Keep precise and confidential client records.
• Remain updated on behavioral health research, coaching methodologies, and best practices.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health coaching, health education, and health promotion with an emphasis on behavioral health.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related discipline is required.
• Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification or the ability to acquire it during onboarding.
• Familiarity with or experience in using the PHQ.
• Proficient in motivational interviewing and developing SMART goals.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Capacity to work independently.
• A customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to collaborate professionally with clients and matrix partners.
• Understanding of clinical targets and outcome measures.
• Demonstrated administrative capabilities and proficiency in computer/software applications.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and motivational skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations and adapting coaching strategies accordingly.
• Background in behavioral health, including trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, stress management, or holistic wellness practices.
• A Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-focused area, along with a Master's degree and health/behavioral/life coaching certifications like CHES, NBHWC, or ICF are preferred or considered additional qualifications.
